The Art of Advertising Serigraphy in Quebec. From the 1950s to the Present Day

The Art of Advertising Serigraphy in Quebec. From the 1950s to the Present Day seeks to recognize the place that commercial serigraphy, or silkscreen priting, merits in the history of art in Québec, by presenting forty works produced between 1957 and 2014 by 14 different artists.

The exhibition provides an occasion to discover or re-discover posters which evoke some of the great cultural moments of Québec. Visitors will see the work of Charles Daudelin, Normand Hudon, Vittorio Fioruccci, Sébastien Lépine, and Séripo, among others.
